美国司法部宣布，Andres Felipe Restrepo Uribe（51岁，哥伦比亚）、Luis Alberto Sinisterra Lozano（33岁，哥伦比亚）和Yon Freddy Sanchez Chavarro（45岁，委内瑞拉）被控共谋分销可卡因并意图非法走私入境美国，三人已于2026年10月1日从哥斯达黎加被引渡至美国。
